Terms and Conditions
We charge a flat rate of $8 per order for all non-rural orders sent within New Zealand. Rural deliveries are $10 and will take a few days longer than other deliveries. For Auckland orders, we maybe able to meet or deliver your order to prearranged location. Please contact us by email email@example.com or phone 02102779373 to find a convenient time for us both prior to purchase.
We aim to have all orders with cleared payments received before 1pm dispatched the following day. However, weekends and public holidays may incur delays in shipping and delivery. Please contact us if you need your item/s urgently.
We use a variety of different couriers but we will send you an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box address. All addresses must be physical.
Please contact us about international shipping costs prior to purchase. Shipping to Australia costs are generally $25 and will take anywhere from 3 – 8 working days for delivery. Delivery to the US and Europe, along with the rest of the world will be calculated based on Danika Cooper Jewellery's preferred carrier. Please email us if you would like an indication of cost before purchasing.
GST of 15% has been included on all prices and will be charged on all New Zealand orders. For shipping outside of New Zealand, the receiver/customer is responsible for all customs, clearance and entry taxes and fees that incur after the goods are sent.
The information we collect on this site is only used for its stated purpose. Danika Cooper Jewellery do not sell, distribute or share any of your personal information to third parties. Each stone is individual so there may be some slight variations in colour and size. These semi-precious gemstones aren’t as hard as precious gemstones like diamonds. Therefore they may have some subtle inclusions, marks or chips.
Most stones are imperfect and that's ok so it’s important when you purchase your jewellery that you are aware of this. In all cases we attempt to use the best quality stones I have available. Each item is made to order.
Unless the goods are damaged or defective or not as specified in your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the goods were faulty or incorrect then the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.
Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.
We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 3months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.
Manufacturing faults do not include: Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones. Broken chains. General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidised or plating that has worn off.
As with all plating and vermeil, over time it will rub and wear off. This is because it’s bonded onto the base metal and is a very thin coating. If you take good care of the jewellery it will last a long time, but understandably it will rub with constant contact and may lose its colour. We recommend gold plated rings are only worn as occasion rather than every day rings to retain the colour.
If you would like any of the above repairs made, we can assess the damage and will let you know the cost before proceeding.
